Meet The Instructor

Hey, I’m Kaycee and those questions above are questions I recognize ~ I have asked them before!

However, I began to be on the receiving end of these questions and then it just…happened!

It was the nudge from the Universe

I needed to begin to understand that she didn’t give me the word “Bridge” solely for the year 2023!

She was telling me that I am a bridge.
It was a call to action.
I must embrace it.
I must be in flow with it.
And The Sacred Essence was born.

Your knowledge, your perception, your journey thus far, your lived experiences, and your magic hidden within your bones and your lineage is unique to you. Will there be results that overlap? High Level Overview

Level 1 Resistance to Resonance

Level 1 is the excavation of some of the deeply seated obstacles to accountability and an alignment to your own vital force.

Level 2 Unconscious to Vitally Aware

Building upon Level 1, we look at our own vital force and the way we create as a powerful conduit through which we all connect, align, and own it.

Level 3 Initiate to Initiated

Building upon the previous levels, we look at our homeostasis, interconnectedness, and adjustments based on our awareness.

Choosing Ourselves ~Where the Sacred Lives

A part of shifting into alignment with soul purpose through The Sacred essence is a truth that is to be held with compassion. You will undoubtedly ask:

Am I having a breakdown or a breakthrough?

I have found that the difference between a breakdown and breakthrough is our ability to navigate the discomfort as a part of holding ourselves and our craft sacred.

Examples of things that may come up as you begin to open, align, and resonate with purpose:

• Inability to continue personal relationships that are not in reciprocity.
• Physical changes and manifestations of alignment that aren’t always lovely, including: fatigue, purging (pick an end, either one, or both), headache, and nausea.
• Inability to keep doing things that aren’t aligned with who you are.
• An increased libido or sexual energy (especially as the flow of energy and your capacity to hold it increases).
• Changes in sleeping, dreaming, and meaning making.
• The desire to change from status quo and the feelings of loss or grief that come from knowing that we cannot take everyone with us (they will have to do their own work, we are no longer responsible nor taking responsibility for other adults).

My point is life is going to happen with or without being in this course. However, without being committed to ourselves as sacred and doing the work to align to our essence, when life undoubtedly happens we often allow it to be an obstacle to what we’re doing. We’ve been told not only is it appropriate for us to stop our work, but it’s expected of us to put everything else first – otherwise we’re selfish. Sound familiar?

I am committed to being a teacher that gets results for her students. It is a sacred act to teach you and to hold you accountable. There is an important distinction that I must make, I’m not holding you accountable for me.
