This month in Dark Goddess Collective, we are connecting to Rhiannon and the Sun! Rhiannon is considered a Sun Goddess of Welsh and Celtic origin. Often conflated or compared to Brigid of Irish origin, there are some key differences (like Brigid being usurped into Christianity as a Saint whereas Rhiannon was more about freedom and sovereignty). I look forward to calling this Goddess in to evoke inspiration, illumination, and clarity surrounding desire!

As the wheel continues to turn, we find the Vitality of Earth and within ourselves begin to pivot. With the return of the Sun in the Northern Hemisphere there are signs of life’s fullest expressions coming out of dormancy.
Goddess: Rhiannon
Let’s explore, connect, and find her messages for us. It can be difficult to separate the heroine from the Goddess and most of the information I’ve found seems incongruent. It’s profound to sink into personal gnosis, to let the divine feminine guide us energetically while we research and uncover more over the next month!
